PROJECT: To quickly construct a state-of-the-art multi-use sports complex under severe time constraints. The Wasilla Multi-Use Sports Complex was a Fast Track Team-Build project designed by Kumin & Associates. Cost of construction was $12.9 million. Howdie, Inc. was selected from a long list of statewide applicants to be the lead contractor. The facility was completed in less than one year and under budget for the City of Wasilla. It includes an ice rink, state-of-the-art artificial playing field and running track. |
Mat-Su Borough Fire Station 63Howdie Inc was contracted to design build a prototype Fire Station with training room and living quarters. This state of the art facility designed by Wolf Architecture will serve the Knik and Point Mackenzie communities. |
